Hi, i'm Solstice, and i'm new here.

I'm male, 24, and (western) Canadian. I live with my girlfriend of two years in a small condo, and we have four children. Er, not really but it feels like it - two dogs: Giggity (1yo male Chihuahua, the purse puppy) and Kassi (2yo female Black Lab/Malinois Shephard, the working dog) and two cats: Laser (2yo male orange tabby, the adorable destructive idiot) and Chameleon (5yo female calico, the crabby old bat). Yeah, I know, too many animals. Honestly, we only bought one (the Chihuahua), the other three were rescued from a) the outdoors (Chameleon), b) being put down (Laser), and c) an abusive family (Kassi). The good news is my animal-loving girlfriend is a dog groomer/trainer/nutritionist/wonderwoman. But enough about her. I love cars (my 1992 Plymouth Laser Turbo - currently awaiting repairs, sigh) and computers (typing this on my shiny custom built Q6600/8800GT/P182SE/blahblahblah system). I work a craptastic job at an oil distribution warehouse where I seem to do everything from assistant manager to gopher because almost everyone else I work with is incompetent (go figure). It pays the bills (barely) and is supposed to tide me over until I "figure out what I want to do with my life" which I approximate should happen sometime around the year 2230.

Anyways, I might be hanging around here a little bit if i've some spare time to annoy others with. Who knows.
